Last minute bookings will often have stricter hours.

Pre-sold discounts, deals or gifts will have cut-off times of 10pm in most markets. 9pm for Mountain and Pacific time zones.

Shonn is the founder and operator. He operated human-touch massage spas for 15 years before launching his first chair business.

He is a proud father of 3 and Granddad of 10! He loves all things "University of Alabama", though he earned his MBA from Anderson University, a private, Christian school in Anderson, IN.

He runs operations from his phone, from his car, from the highway as he cris-crosses the country visiting existing locations or expanding to new ones.

Depending on the hour and day of week you choose your reservation, the building could have other tenants and their guests around the property. If you choose a later evening or Sunday reservation, for example, you can expect to be the only people on site.

Our buildings typically lock after you enter. Our private suites are always locked. We let you in remotely and the door immediately re-locks. You can always leave from inside.

Security cameras are a necessity to operate our remote operated business model. The only way we know the room is safe for you to enter, is if we can see the premises.

We also need to know how the session proceeds in case there is ever a liability concern. Litigation is real, and cameras protect everyone equally in this case.

You are private from other people, but the camera could be reviewed if something out of the ordinary instigates it.

Our massage chairs are designed to accommodate a wide range of body types.

While the chair itself is built to support substantial weight, comfort and fit depend on a combination of height, weight, and body shape rather than a single number.

For larger guests, width is often a bigger consideration than weight alone. Many guests well over 300 pounds have enjoyed the experience comfortably, especially when their height and body proportions allow them to fit naturally within the chair.

For taller guests, there is no strict height limit. Depending on your height, some massage areas may not align perfectly, particularly around the neck and upper shoulders.

However, taller guests still receive extensive massage coverage throughout the lower back, hips, glutes, and much of the upper body, making the experience worthwhile for most.
